A welcome series is a drip email campaign that you send to all of your new users, introducing them to your product, encouraging them to onboard, and increasing their engagement. Events are the building blocks of everything you do in Threads. They are how you track what people are doing in your product, and the most common criteria you’ll use to trigger communications with your users. If you don’t send the right events, you won’t be making the most of Threads.

As promised, we’re rolling out new features fast and regularly. Threads now supports the cancellation of delayed emails from within a Workflow. The Action Cancellation Conditions feature tells your Workflow not to trigger a delayed email IF a defined condition is met prior to the configured action delay.more
